Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Convero's website, workspaces, customer communication tools, and connected services.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance and the service
By accessing or using Convero, you agree to these Terms of Service and any order, plan, or other agreement that applies to your workspace. If you use Convero for a business or organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Convero provides configurable customer messaging, AI-assisted responses, lead qualification, bookings, customer records, notifications, channel connections, and related workspace tools. Features depend on the workspace configuration, subscription, provider availability, and connected services.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and access
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service for a lawful business purpose. Convero workspace access is invitation-based. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and recovery methods, use only your own account, respect assigned roles, and promptly report suspected compromise.
Workspace owners are responsible for team invitations, permissions, authorized users, business settings, and activity performed through their workspace. You may not share credentials or allow access by a person who is not authorized for the workspace.
3. Customer data and authority
You retain responsibility for the business information, instructions, customer data, conversations, catalogs, qualification rules, schedules, notices, and other content submitted to your workspace. You confirm that you have all rights, notices, consents, and lawful authority needed for Convero and its providers to process that content as configured.
You must have authority to connect and operate every Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), WhatsApp phone number, Google account, Telegram destination, CRM, webhook, and other external asset or service connected to your workspace. You may not connect an asset owned or controlled by another party without authorization.
4. Meta, WhatsApp, and other providers
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other connected services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms, policies, approvals, messaging windows, templates, quality rules, limits, and availability. You are responsible for maintaining eligible accounts, permissions, business verification, message consent, and compliance with each provider's rules.
The customer owns and controls its Business Portfolio, Pages, Instagram accounts, WABAs, and phone numbers. Meta bills the customer for WhatsApp usage and any other Meta charges under Meta's terms; those provider charges are separate from Convero subscription charges unless an applicable written order expressly says otherwise. A missing Meta payment method may limit paid templates or proactive WhatsApp messages even when inbound messaging or permitted service replies remain available.
5. AI features and human oversight
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for configuring instructions, reviewing important outputs, maintaining human escalation paths, and deciding whether an automated response or action is appropriate.
Do not rely on AI as the only control for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, legal deadlines, payment authorization, or high-impact decisions. Convero may apply safety, rate, cost, or provider controls and may route work among configured models, but does not guarantee a particular model or result.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Convero to break the law; violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or platform rights; deceive or impersonate people; send spam or messages without required consent; facilitate abuse, discrimination, exploitation, or harmful activity; collect credentials or unnecessary sensitive data; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; interfere with the service; evade limits; reverse engineer restricted components; or allow another person to do so.
You are responsible for message content, recipients, consent records, suppression requests, templates, business claims, and customer-facing disclosures. We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with valid legal or provider requests.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Available plans, included features, usage limits, billing periods, taxes, payment method requirements, renewal rules, and any applicable fees are shown in an authorized order, invoice, workspace, or other purchase flow. You authorize the agreed charges and must keep billing information accurate. We do not state a price in these terms.
Unless an applicable order says otherwise, fees already incurred are not refundable merely because a third-party channel, provider approval, or customer configuration is unavailable. Overdue, expired, disputed, or over-limit service may be restricted in line with the applicable agreement and reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Intellectual property and content
Convero and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, and related technology. Subject to these terms and the applicable subscription, we grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the workspace's internal business operations.
You retain the rights you have in content submitted to Convero. You grant Convero and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and otherwise handle that content to operate and support the service. Feedback may be used to improve Convero without an obligation to compensate you, provided it does not identify confidential customer data.
9. Privacy and security
Our handling of personal information is described at convero.tech/privacy. You and Convero each remain responsible for the security obligations under your control. You must use appropriate permissions, devices, notices, retention choices, and internal procedures for the data and users in your workspace.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, provider outages, API changes, account reviews, policy enforcement, message limits, and other events outside Convero's control can affect the service.
We may modify or discontinue features to improve the product, address security or legal requirements, control abuse or cost, or respond to provider changes. When a change materially reduces a paid core feature, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when circumstances allow.
11. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful or abusive use, non-payment, provider restriction, material breach, or risk to customers, third parties, or the service. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
You may stop using the service and request closure through the available account process or contact@convero.tech, subject to the applicable subscription or order. On termination, access rights end. Data handling, export availability, deletion, and records retained after termination follow the applicable agreement, convero.tech/privacy, and legal requirements.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convero and third-party services are provided on an “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant provider approval, channel availability, customer response, lead quality, booking outcome, revenue, AI accuracy, or compliance resulting from your configuration or use.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising from the service or connected providers, even if the possibility was known.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convero's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Convero for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for product, provider, security, operational, or legal reasons. The current version and last-updated date will remain available at convero.tech/terms. If a change materially affects existing use, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms, account closure, or service access may be sent to contact@convero.tech. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other authentication credentials.
